Join us for an immersive Conscious Connected Breathwork session, designed for men looking to reconnect with their authentic selves through the lens of the four core masculine archetypes. Breathwork is a powerful practice which transports you to a place beyond your conscious mind, where you can find answers and connect with a power which lives within.
For the purposes of this workshop we will focus on the three core masculine archetypes:
The King: Leadership, stability, and purpose
The Warrior: Strength, courage, and discipline
The Magician: Wisdom, creativity, intuition and transformation
The Lover: Passion, connection, and emotion
Each archetype will be activated through four rounds of breathing, with meditative breathholds between rounds to deepen self-awareness and healing.

Round 4: Lover – Opening to vulnerability

Sean O’Cearnaigh is a mindfulness, meditation and breathwork facilitator, his grounded presence creates a safe space for your self exploration. Seán’s work focuses on bridging the space between the conscious and the unconscious, the somatic and the psychological.
