This 90-minute online workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect—to step away from the rush and into the present moment. Through gentle breathwork, intuitive movement, and deep listening, you’ll explore simple yet powerful practices to release tension, quiet the mind, and feel more at home in your body.

Intention

This workshop is designed to help you tune into your body’s innate wisdom through breath, movement, and deep listening. By slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, you’ll discover tools to navigate life with more ease, presence, and clarity.

Guided Breathwork – Regulate your nervous system, deepen your breath, and invite calm into your body.
Intuitive Movement – Gentle, expressive movement to release tension and cultivate a sense of flow.
Deep Listening & Inner Awareness – Practices to help you tune into your intuition and the wisdom within.
Reflection & Integration – A moment to pause, journal, and absorb the experience before stepping back into your day.

Meet your Facilitator

Fiona has seventeen years experience as a teacher, trainer and therapist, bringing people back to their bodies and connecting to their innate power. Through a rang of practices–yoga, breathwork, bodywork, aromatherapy, herbs, nature immersion/hikes, vibrant food, rituals, ecstatic dance, wild sea swimming  + laughter,

Fiona brings play and please to all that she does, while holding a deep space for people to find liberation through bodies and soul.

Workshop Flow:

Opening (10-15 min) – Arriving & Intention

Welcome + brief intro & intention
Grounding breath practice to settle into presence
Gentle check-in: How are you arriving today?

Breath & Body Awakening (15-20 min) – Regulating & Releasing

Guided breathwork to release tension & regulate the nervous system
Gentle somatic movement (seated or standing) to awaken body awareness
Invitation to notice sensations & emotions with curiosity

Intuitive Movement & Deep Listening (25-30 min) – Exploring & Expressing

Guided movement practice—slow, fluid, and intuitive (e.g., rolling shoulders, swaying, stretching)
Invitation to explore movement as a conversation with your body
Pausing for moments of deep listening—"What does my body need right now?"
Free movement 

Reflection & Integration (15-20 min) – Anchoring the Experience

Stillness + guided self-inquiry (journal prompt or silent contemplation)
Journaling prompt: What did I notice? What wisdom emerged?
Closing breath practice to seal the experience

Closing (5-10 min) – Sharing & Next Steps

Optional sharing 

Encouragement to carry the practice into daily life
Invitation to join the 4-week series for deeper embodiment
