About Sean
Sean O’Cearnaigh is a mindfulness, meditation and breathwork facilitator, his grounded and soothing presence creates a deeply safe space for your self exploration. Seán’s work focuses on bridging the space between the conscious and the unconscious, the somatic and the spiritual.
Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful and safe way to alter our state of consciousness so that we can tap deeper into our psyche, release emotional tension, gain emotional clarity, and experience an ever-deepening relationship with ourselves. This practice serves as a gateway to self-discovery and personal growth by fostering insight and inner healing.
With the use of conscious and intentional breath, we can embark upon the ultimate journey: the one where we discover who we really are, and gain the insight needed to transform into who we’re capable of becoming.
About Hannah
Hannah Bowler is a holistic therapist who works with people one to one and in group settings, her work focuses on vulnerability and connection, and the path to inner-union so that we feel our innate sense of union with the world. She works with vibrational medicine, using quartz crystal singing bowls, at 432Hz, to support people in entering altered states of consciousness, connecting with greater ease to the messages of their hearts. According to music theory, A=432 Hz is mathematically consistent with the universe.
During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur.
Thus, a sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits. These include a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of immune systems.
