What is happening in Palestine right now is weighing heavy on all of our hearts. This event is being offered with the intention of supporting both the people of Palestine and supporting people in our local community by offering a restorative experience to those who are deeply feeling the pain of what’s happening.

About the Event

This will be a restorative Breath & Sound event - Sean will guide you in a restorative, down regulating breathwork session while Hannah creates a restorative sound-scape using a gong and crystal singing bowls. Both the breath and the vibration can support you entering altered brainwaves states of deep rest & restoration.

About the Charities

Palestinian Children ‘s Relief Fund (PCRF) is the primary humanitarian organisation in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief and humanitarian aid where it is needed most. PCRF, founded in 1991 provides free medical care to thousands of injured and ill children yearly who lack local access to care within the local health care system. Over the years, they've sent over 2,000 affected children abroad for free medical care, sent thousands of international doctors and nurses to provide tens of thousands of children free medical care in local hospitals, and provided tens of thousands of children humanitarian aid and support they otherwise would not get.

Connecting Humanity provides people in Gaza with eSims, allowing them to connect to the outside world, to communicate with their families, and also to show the world what’s happening within Gaza. As Isreal have destroyed telecommunication infrastructure leaving near total blackout of communication methods in Gaza, over 200,000 people have received internet access through an eSim.

About Sean

Sean O’Cearnaigh is a mindfulness, meditation and breathwork facilitator, his grounded and soothing presence creates a deeply safe space for your self exploration. Seán’s work focuses on bridging the space between the conscious and the unconscious, the somatic and the spiritual.

Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful and safe way to alter our state of consciousness so that we can tap deeper into our psyche, release emotional tension, gain emotional clarity, and experience an ever-deepening relationship with ourselves. This practice serves as a gateway to self-discovery and personal growth by fostering insight and inner healing.

With the use of conscious and intentional breath, we can embark upon the ultimate journey: the one where we discover who we really are, and gain the insight needed to transform into who we’re capable of becoming.

“The breathwork was a powerful way to drop into the day. Sean’s voice has a lovely resonance which delivered clear instructions and the soundbath felt psychedelic guiding me to a place of tender and heart-centred release. ” — Kim - Reflect, Reset, Envision, Day Retreat

About Hannah

Hannah Bowler is a holistic wellbeing practitioner who works with people one to one and in group settings, her work focuses on vulnerability and connection, and the path to inner-union so that we feel our innate sense of union with the world. She works with vibrational medicine, using the powerful, grounding sound-tides of a gong, and the deeply relaxing & etherial sound of quartz crystal singing bowls.

During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur.

Thus, a sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits. These include a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of immune systems.

“Hannah put her hands on my back during this practice, so powerful yet gentle. The sound bath is still rippling through me, absolute bliss.Hannah oozed warmth, truth and openness throughout the day. ” — Carmel - Reset, Reflect, Envision, Day Retreat

“I experienced a beautiful shift in this space-a space to unfold. Thank you Hannah, you are a heart worker!” — Fiona - Reflect, Reset, Envision, Day Retreat
